Use of Images : The photographs and videos may be published and shared by Family at the Forefront on various platforms, including:
Duration : This authorization is granted for a duration of 5 years from the date of signature.
Geographical Scope : The use of the images is authorized worldwide.
Right to Modification : Family at the Forefront is authorized to make modifications to the images, such as retouching or cropping, if necessary.
Compensation : No financial compensation will be granted for the use of the images.
Courtesy Sharing : Any published content in which you or your family members appear will be shared with you as a courtesy.
Withdrawal of Consent : You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our organization via email at info@familleaupremierplan.ca. Family at the Forefront will have a period of 10 business days to cease the use of the relevant images.
Disclaimer Clause : Family at the Forefront commits to not using the images in a way that could harm the dignity or reputation of the individuals concerned.
